Does Chakra-puncture hurt?
Your Chakra-puncture practitioner will insert very fine Japanese style needles on the surface of the skin, gently, in specific configurations (or patterns) to support your current state of health. There is no depthful penetration of the skin or muscles. The treatment is a very gentle procedure with only the slightest of sensation at the needling site. It is commonly reported that clients experience warmth, tingling or even slight muscle twitching at the position of needle placement. These sensations are simply ill energy releasing. This could further be described as a discardment of both physical and energetic excesses, stressors and/or physiological tension. The natural inner self connection begins to expand allowing the person to feel and be more of their full harmonious expansion.
This expansion and feeling of inner harmony is known and felt as a truly deep inner connection with ones self. This sense of relaxation and simplicity is what is naturally always there. Chakra-puncture provides the client an opportunity to surrender, relax and allow the release of inner tensions and impediments brought about by absorbing or reacting to the external influences of daily life.

The modality of Chakra-puncture does not stimulate nor does it sedate any area of the body to either purportedly increase heat or blood flow to particular areas of the body. Nor does Chakra-puncture re-direct energy flow to seemingly reduce pain. Chakra-puncture needling activates or ignites our already existing and innate state of harmony, from within the body. Thereby allowing the body to self-restore it's harmonious flow ~ from within. The excesses, tension, pain, discomfort, stiffness are thereby cleared as a result of this depthful activation and release. This natural inner connection offers the foundation from which a person can recognise that this inner most quality is our inherently known way of being.
